Description : The Department of Science and Technology-Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development (DOST-PCAARRD), through the General Appropriations Act FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP1,800,000.00)/ IB No. 25-07-09a to 25-07-09c being the ABC to payments for the following lots under the contract for the “Printing of PCAARRD 2025-Q3 Publications and Collaterals”:
LOT IB NO. ABC (PhP)
Lot A 25-07-09a 1,330,000.00
Lot B 25-07-09b 270,000.00
Lot C 25-07-09c 200,000.00
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The DOST-PCAARRD now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within twelve (12) months from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
