The National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) intends to procure Printing with Design/Layout of PRESA: The History and Heritage of Spanish Colonial Dam Building in the Philippines, 1699-1898, through Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
