The Department of Education - Schools Division Office of Cavite City through the Sub-ARO No. RO-4A-25- intends to apply the sum of Four Million Three Hundred Four Thousand One Hundred Four (Php4,304,104.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of printing of ARAL workbooks and Teachers Guide. Bid received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
