PRINTING AND DELIVERY OF PALENGKE TOURISM MODULES

The Nayong Pilipino Foundation (NPF) invites all PhilGEPS registered contractors to submit a quotation for the
procurement project below, consisting of one (1) lot, using the following documents: [1] Annex A - Request
for Quotation Form, [2] Annex B - Statement of Compliance with the Technical Specifications, [3] Annex C -
Schedule of Requirements and; [4] Annex D - Omnibus Sworn Statement.
