Description : 480 Copies
Inclusions
The service includes printing and delivery of 480 copies of the AAR. The layout and design from which the expected output shall be based will be provided by the end-user.

Moreover, an additional digital proofing of the printed output will be delivered as a sample, for approval, before the printing of the 480 copies.

The project shall be posted thru the Philippine Government Electronic System (PhilGEPS).

The winning service provider will print and deliver the final output. The 480 pieces shall be paper-wrapped in bundles of 5 copies each.

Timeline

The AAR will be printed and delivered within one (1) month from the submission of all required materials by the NCIP, and receipt of notice to proceed.

Requirements for the Project

The end-user will provide a digital/soft copy of the AAR as reference of the printing company/person/entity. No alterations/changes to the content, designs, and layout of the said materials shall be made without the knowledge, prior consent, and approval of the end-user.
