Description : 1. The Department of Education-Cordillera Administrative Region Regional Office
(DepEd - CAR RO), through the FY 2024 Government Appropriations Act (GAA)
Fund intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Seven Hundred Seventy Three
Thousand Three Hundred Seven Pesos Only (Php 7,773,307.00) being the ABC to
payments under the contract for PRINTING AND DELIVERY OF LEARNING
ACTIVITY SHEETS, TEACHERS NOTE, AND LEARNING PACKETS FOR
EMERGENCY SITUATIONS IN DEPED-CAR with an identification number
DepEd-CAR RO CB 2025-11-022. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DepEd - CAR RO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery
of the Goods is required by within ninety (90) calendar days receipt of Notice to
Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of
submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an
eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II
