PRINTING AND DELIVERY OF EMBROIDERED PATCHES FOR NAYONG PILIPINO FOUNDATION

The Nayong Pilipino Foundation (NPF) invites all PhilGEPS-registered contractors and suppliers to submit their duly signed quotation for the procurement project, using the following documents: [1] Request for Quotation with Instructions, [2] Annex A - Statement of Compliance with the Technical Specifications, and [3] Annex B - Financial Offer.

Bid must be submitted attached with the following documents on or before: December 10, 2025, 11:59 PM

a. Mayor's or Business Permit
b. PhilGEPS Registration Certificate or Screenshot
c. BIR Certificate of Registration
