REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

DEPED - Ususan Elementary School through its Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) intents to undertake a Small Value Procurement for Printing and Delivery of Second Periodic Test Papers of S.Y. 2025 - 2026 in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184. The details of this project are as follows:
