TO ALL INTERESTED SUPPLIERS:

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites legally capable suppliers to submit bids for a Negotiated SVP for the PHIVOLCS requirement for "Printing and Binding Services for Seismic Hazard Atlas for Design Earthquake of the Philippines (SHADE) Book". The ABC is ₱ 150,000.00

The opening of bids shall be on December 16, 2024, 1:30 pm at PHIVOLCS Bldg. C.P. Garcia Avenue, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City.

In view of the bidding, PHIVOLCS reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities/Informalities therein and to accept such bids to may consider as most advantageous to PHIVOLCS and to the government as well.
