Description : A complete set of Request for Quotation (RFQ) may be acquired by interested bidders at
the TC office or by sending a request to the TC BAC through the email address provided
from 04 to 14 July 2025, Mondays to Fridays, 08:00 A.M. to 04:00 P.M. and upon payment
of the cost of documents in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (₱ 500.00), pursuant to
the Guidelines issued by the Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB).

The RFQ may be downloaded free of charge, for reference purposes only, from the TC
website and the Philippine Government Electric Procurement System (PhilGEPS). The
original RFQ will be provided to bidders only after payment of the applicable fee.

Each bidder shall submit readable hard copies with corresponding electronic copies
(i.e., saved in flash drive), of the first and second components of its bid. Documents to be
