INVITATION TO BID FOR THE

PRINT, SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PRINTED MATERIALS FOR PUBLIC INFORMATION OFFICE

1. The City of Caloocan, through the General Fund of the 2025 Annual Executive Budget approved under Sangguniang Panlungsod Ordinance No. 1121 s. 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (₱1,280,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Print, Supply And Delivery Of Printed Materials For Public Information Office.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during the Opening of Bids.

2. The City of Caloocan now invites bids for the Print, Supply And Delivery Of Printed Materials For Public Information Office. Delivery of goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project which is at least twenty five percent (25%) of the ABC.
