The Local Government Unit of Burgos, through budget from Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office - Special Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (P 160,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Primary Line Extension, Transformer and Metering Installations on Burgos Super Health Center, Burgos, Surigao del Norte / Contract No. B-16-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
