Periodic Maintenance Services for Various IPOPHL Toyota Service Vehicles

1. Background
The Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL) maintains a fleet of service vehicles to support its operational and administrative functions. To ensure their continued efficiency, safety, and longevity, periodic maintenance services must be conducted in accordance with manufacturer-recommended intervals and specifications. This TOR outlines the requirements for the provision of maintenance services for selected IPOPHL Toyota vehicles.
2. Objective
The objective of this engagement is to perform periodic maintenance services on the specified Toyota vehicles, including oil and filter changes, system inspections, brake cleaning, and the provision of required parts, fluids, and consumables. These services must be performed using Toyota genuine parts and executed by qualified technicians in accordance with Toyota's standards.
