Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS) of Hospital Sewage
Treatment Plant (STP)

1. The City Government of Manila, through the Philhealth Trust Fund - intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seventy Three Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (Php2,073,600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the preventive maintenance services (PMS) of hospital sewage treatment plant (STP) / ITB No. 2025-01-12. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Manila now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the above procurement project for Ospital Ng Maynila Medical Center. Delivery of Goods is required by Twelve (12) Months upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Prospective Bidders should have completed, within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) that is similar to the contract to be bid equivalent to at least twenty five percent (25%) of the approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).
