Description : TERMS OF REFERENCE
PROCUREMENT OF PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE CONTRACT FOR THE HP SERVERS AND CISCO SWITCHES
1 LOT
I Purpose
Preventive maintenance service for the HPE servers and Cisco switches will ensure that the said equipment remains in good condition so as to provide continuous uptime and access to data and systems.
II. Approved Budget for Contract (ABC)
The ABC is PhP700,000.00 for one year inclusive of government taxes.
III. Scope of Work
• Engagement of a Service Provider for preventive maintenance works.
• Provide Service Level Agreement (SLA) which defines equipment maintenance, service response times, etc.
• Provide replacement of equipment or parts of the same or alternative specification through Return Material Authorization (RMA).
• Provide preventive maintenance on a quarterly basis.
IV. Service Provider Qualifications
• Service providers must be in the business for at least five (5) years in providing after-sales services of the equipment to be maintained.
