PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE (PMS) OF THE MOTOR VEHICLES OF THE NATIONAL MUSEUM OF THE PHILIPPINES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025

1. The National Museum of the Philippines, under its General Appropriations Act for F.Y. 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Sixty-Three Thousand Two Hundred Sixty One Pesos (PHP 1,863,261.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE (PMS) OF THE MOTOR VEHICLES OF THE NATIONAL MUSEUM OF THE PHILIPPINES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025, with identification number NMPBAC-PB-2025-05-11. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The National Museum of the Philippines now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required from 3rd quarter up to 4th quarter of F.Y. 2025 Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
