B. Corrective Maintenance: Inclusive of E-Mail, phone/remote & On-site
support during standard hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm every Monday to Friday
(excluding public holiday)
C. Response Time (Standard Hours) within six (6) hours
D. On-Site Support within three (3) days upon the receive of call
