SCOPE OF WORK
1. Cleaning and checking of Smoke and Heat Detectors
including connections attached to the equipment under the said maintenance.
2. Cleaning and checking of Manual Call Points and
Sounders, tightening of bracket, connectors. Replacing Annunciation Led if necessary.
3. Test and diagnose wiring connectivity and other
accessory.
4. Checking of voltage output, shortage and continuity for all equipment under the maintenance.
5. Check Flow Switch and Tamper Sensor.
6. Check Alarm Control Panel.
7. Check Battery Voltage.
8. Cable test and continuity testing.
9. Troubleshoot and repair.
10. Routine maintenance service.
11. Service calls
12. Set up and orientation.
