Description : 1.The Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office of North Cotabato, intends to apply the sum of P 30,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract of the Preventive Maintenance Schedule-Motor Vehicles-4W (Cleaning Air-condition & Charging of Freon-6 units).

2.Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

3.The Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office of Cotabato (North) now invites bids for the Preventive Maintenance Schedule-Motor Vehicles-4W (Cleaning Air-condition & Charging of Freon-6 units). Delivery of the Goods is required within after issuance of the contract. Bidders should have completed, within one (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
