Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM FOR HITACHI CT SCAN FOR USE AT THE RADIOLOGY SECTION OF THE TPH

1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 3,400,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Preventive Maintenance Program for Hitachi CT Scan for use at the Radiology Section of the TPH/ B-G-2025-137. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
