  Description : In Compliance for Small Value Procurement as stipulated in Section 34 of IRR of RA 12009;
  
  1.) Six (6) Lot PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE, M ( 1363 ) Preventive Maintenance of Elevators (OPD, CERD, & Staff Dorm / Subnational Laboratory) Scope of Works: 1. Check for overall functionality; 2. Check and fix for loose electrical connections on the control panel; 3. Check and fix the PCB for possible errors and logical functions; 4. Check the alignment on the elevator door and sills; 5. Adjust the elevator door closing and opening speed if needed; 6. Check and adjust elevator door railings for misalignment; 7. Clean and repair/ maintain for faulty braking system; 8. Check for proper motor speed; 9. Check and measure the tension on the wire ropes; 10. Check the guide shoes for proper vertical mechanism; 11.
