Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF LABORATORY EQUIPMENT AND BLOODBANK EQUIPMENTS FOR USE AT THE LABORATORY AND BLOODBANK SECTION OF THE TARLAC PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL

1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Eight Hundred Ten Pesos Only (PhP 1,335,810.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Preventive Maintenance of Laboratory Equipment and Blood Bank Equipments for use at the Laboratory and Blood Bank Section of the Tarlac Provincial Hospital/ B-G-2025-048-R. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
