Description : TERMS OF REFERENCE
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF IPOPHL NETWORK AND IP PBX EQUIPMENT

Purpose
The procurement of a contract for the preventive maintenance of IPOPHL network and IP PBX equipment will ensure that the equipment is in good condition and to provide continuous connectivity of endpoint devices to the local area network (LAN) and stable communication within IPOPHL and incoming and outgoing calls.

Approved Budget for Contract (ABC)
The ABC is PhP1M for one year, inclusive of government taxes.

Brief Description I Scope of Work
The Project shall cover the preventive maintenance of IPOPHL Cisco network equipment, which includes the following:
• Engagement of a Service Provider authorized by the network manufacturer to undertake a 1-year preventive maintenance works with a Service Level
Agreement (SLA) which defines service response times, maintenance, repair, replacement, reporting, etc.
• Provide preventive maintenance on a quarterly basis.
• Provide troubleshooting, repair, and hardware part replacement within the Next Business Day (NBD) ...
