ISO/IEC 17021:2015 to provide Quality Management System (QMS) certification
to ISO 9001:2015 in healthcare sector.
2. Accredited with any of the following: JASANZ, UKAS, ANAB and PAB to handle
ISO 9001:2015
3. The certifying body should submit a list of clients provided on a health
care/hospital sector of at least 10 tertiary hospitals;
4. Submit company profile and list of clients highlighting related projects and of
scope of certification;
