One (1) unit UL/FM A-C Fire (USA) Horizontal Splitcase Fire Pump (Engine Driven) 1500 GPM, Model 8X6X12F-M complete with Tornatech Diesel Controller
One (1) unit Jockey Pump 7.5HP, 220 volts, 3 phase, 60 Hz, Vertical MultiStage with “EATON” Jockey Pump Controller
Scope of Work:
1. Physical Check-up and inspection of the following:
a.) Diesel Engine
Oil viscosity, heat exchanger coolant, battery status.
b.) Pump
Packing gland, pumps bearing, suction, pressure and discharge pressure gauges.
c.) FP Control
Alarm signals, battery charging status, LCD indications, keyboard
d.) Jockey Pump
Pump rotation, current amperage of motor, line voltage check and amperage check-up
e.) JP Control
Cut in and cut off of pressure switch.
2. Testing of UL/FM listed Fire Pump-s flow rates based on pump-s performance curve at three points (0%,100%, 150% capacity) in conformity with NFPA standard regulations as per manufacturer-s designed criteria.
