Scope of Works
A The service provider shall furnish all tools, labor and supervision necessary for the Preventive Maintenance of Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS) at VMC hospital building. All works shall include but not limited to the following
1. Check connectivity of wiring/system, functionality tests of all devices 2. Check up and cleaning of Smoke and Heat Detectors. Wipe-out, Chemical Contact Cleaner, Air blower. Vacuum Cleaning
3. Check-up and cleaning of manual push station.
4 Check-up and cleaning of Fire Alarm Bell. & Push Button/Horn/Stobe Light. Wipe out, Chemical contact cleaner, Air blower, Vacuum Cleaning
5. Check-up and cleaning Fire Alarm Control Panel
6. Inspection of Panel trouble signal LED's
7. Inspection of battery (Swelling or Loose Connection)
8. Test battery-load voltage.
9. Test and inspection of panel functionality, LED's. Fuses and other components.
