  Scope of Works:
  Monthly Preventive Maintenance and Inspection for 12 months including, but not limited to:
  1. Lubricate and adjust all machinery, motors, control parts, chains, brakes, and safety appliance;
  2. Provide necessary grease and cotton waste related to the maintenance;
  3. Examine and test periodically the equipment;
  4. All other necessary procedures to properly maintain the equipment in good operational conditions;
  5. Submit service report indicating status / condition of the equipment and recommendation to avoid frequent failures of equipment;
  6. Provide emergency repair services by immediately sending out Technical Service Technicians to conduct necessary troubleshooting and repair services with a maximum five (5) call-backs if within Metro Manila per month
