Preventive Maintenance:
1. Duplex 5hp stack mounted vacuum pump system

1. Manpower deployment with the adherence to OSH/PPE requirements.
2. Disconnect the vacuum system from the electrical source
3. Drain pump oil completely and safely
4. Cleaning of exteriours, vents and cooling fins to prevent overheating
5. Clear debris from suction/discharge lines and strainers
6. Replace oil separator according to maintenance procedure
7. Replace float valve
8. Replace gas ballast filter
9. Replace with new pump oil
10. Run pumps sequentially to test auto-switching functionality
11. Measure vacuum levels and compare to baseline performance
12. Validate pressure switch calibration and safety interlocks
