Description : I. Background

The Department of Tourism XI operates a Toyota Grandia as part of its official fleet to support daily operations, official travel and other logistical needs. To ensure the vehicle-s reliability, safety and efficiency, regular preventive maintenance is necessary as such aims to minimize the risk of unexpected breakdowns, extend the lifespan of the vehicle, and maintain optimal performance.
Given the importance of a well maintained vehicle in supporting the agency-s operations, the Department of Tourism XI requires the preventive maintenance of its vehicle unit, Toyota Hiace Grandia Plate No. SHE 488.
