Description : INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT FOR
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND SERVICES FOR GENERATOR SETS FOR CY 2026
1) In view of two (2) failed biddings, the UP Open University invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers to participate in the Negotiated Procurement for Preventive maintenance and services for Generator Sets for CY 2026 in accordance with Section 35.1 (Two Failed Biddings) as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009 or The New Government Procurement Act.
2) The UP Open University (UPOU) through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) General Appropriations Act of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱800,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Preventive maintenance and services for Generator Sets for CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
