Inspect and clean air filter.
•Check and adjust thermostat.
•Check unit for noise and vibration (both indoor and outdoor units)
•Check refrigerant pipe connection for signs of leakage
•Check and clean indoor unit condensate tray and drain
•Check and clean the condenser coil.
•Check all electrical connections, controls, and safety functions.
•Check compressor contractor, start capacitor, and potential relay.
•Check pressure switch cut out setting.
•Check refrigerant (freon) level and advise if adjustment necessary.
•Check voltage and amperage draw on all motor with meter.
•Check blower belt wear, tension and adjust.
