  SCOPE OF WORK:
  Preventive Maintenance and check-up of LED Video Wall LVP-6155 System, Audio and Sound System, and Par Light and Ellipsoidal Spotlights Systems installed at the BSWM Convention Hall
  One (1) On-site visit per Quarter and 12 on-call visits for the period of CY 2025
  DATE OF VISITS:
  March 2025, May 2025, September 2025, November 2025

  INCLUDED:
  1. On-site periodic inspections, tests, and system cleaning to ensure optimal performance of the installed LED Video Wall, Audio system Master Console/Control Unit, and Par Light Ellipsoidal Spotlights System at the BSWM Lopez Convention Hall;
  2. Inclusion of Replacement of defective parts and acquisition of the following, if applicable, recommended on the Preventive Maintenance result or end-user needs.
