Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND CALIBRATION OF VARIOUS MEDICAL/ ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT
1. The Cagayan Valley Medical Center, through the RAF/IGF of 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand and Eight Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 1,492,850.00) being the Approved Budget Contract(ABC) to payments under the contract for the “PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND CALIBRATION OF VARIOUS MEDICAL/ ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The CVMC- BAC now invites bids for the procurement of the above-captioned project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period specified under Section VI. Schedule of Requirements.
