  1. The City Government of Pasay, through the GENERAL FUND CY2026intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Five Pesos & 25/100 (Php 2,625,885.25) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Preventive Maintenance for the Airconditioning System (1) Cooling Tower Water Treatment and (2) Cooling Tower, Condenser Barrel and Air Handling Units located at Cuneta Astrodome. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
