Description : Details of Work:

1. Check Chiller coil clean with the use of pressure washer.
2. Clean AHU condensate drain line flush with pressure washer.
3. Check and record supply and return chiller water temperature
4. Check and record room temperature.
5. Check and record compressor and fan motor current draw.
6. Check chiller condenser coils for any dirt or debris.
7. Check system for refrigerant leaks.
8. Check electrical controls and components and power supply.
9. Check and lubricate bearings if necessary.
10. Check for any unusual noise.
11. Check all panels and insure that they are properly secured.
12. Check operations of all controls.
13. Calibrate all pressure-actuated controls (if applicable).
14. Tighten all electrical terminal connectors, hold-down bolts and screws.
15. Check chilled water tank valves and foot valve water flow.
16. Rubber insulations, pipes and accessories.
