Description : 1 LOT PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF AIR-CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT FOR PRO VIII MAIN OFFICE, LOCAL HEALTH INSURANCE OFFICES, PHILHEALTH BUSINESS CENTER & SERVICE OFFICE (Check-up and General Cleaning of PRO VIII ACUs)

*Scope of Services:

A. Performance Check-Up:
1. Clean Evaporator Air Filter
2. Clean Drain Lines, Filter and Drip Parts.
3. Check readings of power supply voltage. Voltage readings should be the same in every line and should not be lower than 208V and above 240V.
4. Check readings of system operating pressures. Pressure readings should not be very low or very high from the standard operating pressure. If the gas line pressure is very low, there is a possible pipe leak and should be indicated in the Service Report. If the liquid line pressure is very high, check ACU fan from slow speed, condenser coil from clog, air discharge obstructions and choke liquid pipe. If there are findings for repair, service provider shall indicate in the Service Report.
