Preventive Maintenance Service for (8) Biotime Fingerscan Machines

1. Scope of Work
The service provider shall be responsible for the following services:
• Quarterly checking, cleaning, adjusting and testing of the units to ensure that it is always in good working condition and lengthened the use of it.
• Repair and replace defective parts.
• Database management and backups.
• Providing of service unit in case of unit breakdown free of charge.
• Assurance of using the unit hassle free from any cost for the technical service in case of unit breakdown.
