Purpose: Maintenance of generator set to ensure in good operating condition during power outage

I. SCOPE OF WORK:

1. Supply of labor, tools, equipment and materials necessary for the preventive maintenance of 75KVA, 230V, 60Hz, 3-Phase Generator Set at the GSIS Butuan Branch Office. The work of the Service Provider shall include but not limited to the following:

1.1. Replace engine oil
1.2. Replace oil filter
1.3. Replace fuel filter
1.4. Replace air filter
1.5. Check of AVR
1.6. Check governor
1.7. Check/Replace battery
1.8. Check electrical system
1.9. Retightening electrical terminals
1.10. Cleaning
1.11. Perform Test Run and Load Test

II. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

1. All supplies and materials to be used shall be brand new and of the same brand as the existing generator set.
