• Description:
• Project Scope:Design, Construct and Commission a new wharf to provide additional operational support at the existing Local Government Unit (LGU), Local Government of Bataraza, facility at Buliluyan Port, Palawan, Philippines. It is expected that the total maximum duration of the contract from Letter of Acceptance to Final De-mobilization is nine hundred and two (902) calendar days. Project Phases The contractor shall carry out the works under this contract in three macro phases, as follows:1.Phase 1 Preparatory works, Investigations and Design2.Phase 2 - Mobilization and Preliminaries3.Phase 3 - Construction Works, Completion & Taking Over4.Phase 4 - Partial Demobilization, and Training5.Phase 5 - Defects Notification Period (DNP)6.Phase 6 - Final DemobilizationPreliminary Scope of Works:I. Preparatory works, including:• Topographic and hydrographic survey.• Geotechnical survey, report and design.• Design of the underground, underwater, wharf, access, trestle, appurtenances, electrical and other installations, not to exceed the contract value nor time-frame.• Alterations to the design to obtain the Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC), which will be secured by consultants appointed by the UNODC, not to exceed the contract value nor time-frame.• Certification by the Designer of Record (DOR) that designs comply with Philippine legislation and regulations, contractual requirements and specifications.• Permitting and approvals.II.
