INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PREPOSITIONING OF FOOD
AND NON-FOOD ITEMS FOR DISASTER RESPONSE
1. The Local Government Unit of San Julian through the MDRRM Fund Thematic
Area III - Item 1 & 2 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Thirty-One
Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Pesos Only (Php 431,790.00) being the ABC to
payments under the contract for Prepositioning of Food and Non-Food Items for
Disaster Response with Project No. June-2025-021. Bids received in excess of the
ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of San Julian now invites bids for the above Procurement
Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders
should have completed, within Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt
of bids, a contract similar to the Project which is 50% of the ABC of this project. The
