The Local Government Unit of Lagayan, thru the FY 2025 General Fund, intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 1,500,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract "PREPARATION, SUPPORT SERVICES and CATERING FOR THE CELEBRATION OF THREE DAYS LAGAYAN FESTIVAL". Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
