PROJECT: Pre Management Development Program Room Accommodation with Meals for PCA Personnel
EVENT DATE: May 19, 20 and 21, 2025 (3 Days, 2 Nights)

I. Scope of Work
The project involves the procurement of room accommodation and meals with the following details:
• Room Accommodations:
o 4 VIP Rooms - Single Occupancy
o 15 Rooms - Superior Room (6 pax per room)
o Fully air-conditioned rooms with toiletries (towels, dental kit, shampoo, soap, coffee, water)
o Televisions and Wi-fi Access
• Meals:
o Managed Buffet set-up. Meals for 3 Days (May 19: Lunch, PM Snacks, Dinner; May 20: Full Board; May 21: Breakfast, AM&PM Snacks, Lunch)
o Customizable menu
• FREE USE OF THE FOLLOWING:
o Fully Air-conditioned Function Hall for the whole stay with provision of basic sound system, LCD projector screen, 2 microphones, free flowing coffee, water, team building facilitator for 1 day with materials
