The DA-Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Region VII, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos Only (Php 2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for “Construction of Natural Food Production (Phycology) Laboratory at BFAR Central Bangus Hatchery (CBH) Pangangan Island, Calape, Bohol”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
