The DA-Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Region VII, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION TWENTY NINE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 1,029,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS LABORATORY SUPPLIES FOR ANTIBIOTIC RESIDUE ANALYSIS IN BFAR-7 RFL SECTION ARELLANO BLVD., CEBU CITY”.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
