Invitation for Negotiated Procurement
(Two Failed Biddings)

1. The Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), through the General Appropriations Act for FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of PHP4,200,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for One Lot of Internet Subscription Services / Purchase Request No. 25-026. Offers received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of proposals.

2. The AMLC now invites proposals for the above Procurement Project. The supply, delivery, installation, configuration, and testing are required within sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Suppliers should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of proposals, a contract similar to the Project.
