A. Scope of Works:
1. Coordinate closely with the procuring entity during the repair and rehabilitation of tiles for BAC Office.
2. Conduct Actual site survey, inspection, validation assessment and evaluation of tiles for BAC Office in the Regional Office, Arellano Blvd., Cebu, City
3. Conduct to tile clearing, demolishing and lay-outing of the desired area prior for the actual implementation of the project.
4.Facilitate processing and acquiring of necessary clearances, permits and other related documents if necessary prior for the establishment of the project.
5. Request for temporary staff house for workers and other technical personnel if necessary address to the BFAR Director.
