1. The DA-Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Region VII, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum ONE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 1,700,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for “SUPPLY OF LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTIONS OF PERIMETER FENCE PHASE II FOR UBFF FACILITY IN UBAY, BOHOL”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
