The DA-Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Region VII, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of SEVEN MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY PESOS ONLY (Php 7,831,880.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for “SUPPLY OF LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR FOUR (4) UNITS 20M HDPE SINGLE FLOATER SEAWEED CAGE WITH GRID MOORING AND FLOATING GUARD HOUSE/STORAGE HOUSE IN GETAFE, BOHOL”.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
