PR No. 26-11-0002: Supply and Delivery of Direct Mercury Analyzer for Development of Palawan Water Quality Information System (PalWQIS)

The Palawan Council for Sustainable Development Staff (PCSDS), through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Five Hundred Thousand (Php 5,500,000.00) Pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PR No. 26-11-0002: Supply and Delivery of Direct Mercury Analyzer for Development of Palawan Water Quality Information System (PalWQIS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
