The Palawan Council for Sustainable Development Staff (PCSDS), through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) FY 2026 intends to apply the total sum of Three Million Three Hundred Thirty Thousand (Php 3,330,000.00) Pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PR No. 26-11-0001: Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment (Laptops and Computers) for PCSDS Operations. Bids received in excess of the total ABC and ABC per Division/End-User (see item 10 for breakdown) shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The PCSDS now invites bids for PR No. 26-11-0001: Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment (Laptops and Computers) for PCSDS Operations. Delivery of the Goods is required within 60 Calendar Days from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
